Roadhouse Simulator

Pour beer, break up brawls, keep the sheriff guessing. Everything we could verify about running the dive bar — from the store page, the devlogs, the free Prologue and Demo, and what players report.

Start with these

You play Uncle — the same Uncle from Gas Station Simulator — back when he was just a bouncer at a rundown bar on Route 66. Roadhouse Simulator is a standalone prelude: you keep the peace first, then work your way up to owning the whole place. The game unlocked on Steam on September 21, 2026 at 19:00 CEST.

This site only writes down what we can point at: the official store page and devlogs, the free Prologue and Demo (both playable before you buy), the official screenshots, and the Steam discussion threads. Where the released build has not confirmed something yet, we say so instead of guessing a number.

What the game actually is

A first-person management sim with fighting in it. Your HUD carries MONEY, HYPE, INFLUENCE, BODIES, STAINS and FUEL, plus a day/night dial, and the objective feed reads like a shift handover list:

Everything in that list is your problem, and you are also the one who has to pour, mop, fix furniture, stock shelves, keep the cops off your back and eventually hire people so you stop doing all of it alone.

The eight systems the store promises

DRAGO lists these as the main features, and they map cleanly onto how you spend a night:

  1. From Bouncer to Boss — serve, manage, fight, then run the Road House.
  2. Every Drink Has Consequences — different brews affect customers differently, and serving the wrong person at the wrong time gets messy fast.
  3. Distill Your Own Liquor — process, improve and bottle your own alcohol.
  4. Work Out the Back — stash, package and deliver questionable cargo.
  5. Draw a Crowd — pig races, gambling, entertainment, and an underground Fight Club.
  6. Build a Crew — hire bartenders, cleaners, servers and bouncers.
  7. Deal With the Law — inspections, fines and bribes.
  8. Grow the Business — expand the Road House into the wildest stop on Route 66.

How to use this site

Starting tonight? Read Beginner Guide first — it is the order we would do things in, based on what the Demo and Prologue already teach. Still deciding whether to buy? Release and Platforms and Demo and Prologue cover both free builds.
